We are proud to announce that Andrei Khatskevich has joined LTM Group as a Project Manager. Andrei has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belarus. He has over 15 years of mechanical engineering design experience as well as experience in the installation of engineering systems. For the last 15 years Andrei worked for engineering firms designing NVAC systems, boiler rooms, and chillers, as well as heat and gas supply. Please welcome Andrei to the LTM team!

BALMORAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
(BAL HARBOUR, FL)
LTM Engineering Group was retained by the Balmoral Condominium Association to oversee comprehensive engineering construction administration for the Balmoral Condominium Association's concrete restoration project. This includes structural restoration of columns, beams, floor slabs, and façade wall envelope restoration. Additionally, it covers structural restoration of staircases, elevator shafts, Porte Cochere, parking garage, and recreational pool deck. Engineering design for parking garage plumbing and pool basin reconstruction is also included. Only structural engineering services are provided for the lobby renovation.
WINSTON TOWER 600 CONDOMINIUM

Winston Towers 600 Condominium is currently undergoing a concrete restoration project in the parking garage. Shortly, the Tower / Apartment building will start a major concrete restoration, paint, balcony waterproofing and balcony picket rail replacement. The Association is about to complete its roof replacement project under LTM's supervision.

LA MER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION

La Mer condominium is currently undergoing concrete restoration, paint, balcony waterproofing and balcony picket rail to glass rail replacement on each of its 3 buildings as well as the pool deck. Additionally LTM will be overseeing paver and waterproofing replacement projects for the elevated parking deck and the parking areas. LTM is assisting the Association with engineering and project management services for each component of the project.
THE WAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION (HOLLYWOOD BEACH, FL)
LTM Engineering Group has been contracted by the Association to provide professional engineering consulting services, including full-scale investigation, inspections, and construction document preparation. This involves reviewing existing and new architectural and engineering documents, planning schedules, conducting site inspections, and providing bid packages to contractors. Additionally, LTM will manage the project, enforcing schedules, minimizing change orders, coordinating with all parties involved, overseeing permitting and material ordering, conducting regular construction meetings and inspections, and providing detailed reports.
AQUARIUS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION

LTM Engineering Group is happy to provide threshold engineering inspections and submit all necessary reports for the Association to complete its 50 year recertification repair work. LTM Engineering will inspect the stucco for tower envelopes and concrete elements, including balcony slabs, columns, and beams. Concrete elements within the parking garage, the pool, and the deck. Additionally, LTM Engineering will provide engineering services for the replacement of both tower roofs and the construction of new concrete beach stairs with possible repair or replacement of the door situated at the bottom of the existing stairs.

LTM was contracted by Quadomain Catania for various intricate projects, including concrete restoration, painting, balcony waterproofing, and the replacement of balcony picket rails with aluminum glass rails. LA PERLA CONDOMINIUM

LTM has been contracted to provide engineering construction administration and project management services for an ongoing concrete restoration project at La Perla Condominium Association. Our scope of work encompasses the concrete restoration of all structural supporting elements, including columns, beams, and floor slabs accessible to inspection, as well as the building’s façade wall envelope, which consists of stucco, paint, and other external surfaces. The project also includes the restoration of the property’s parking garage structure, both interior and exterior, and the recreational deck above it.
ST. TROPEZ ON THE BAY CONDOMINIUM

LTM Engineering Group has been entrusted with a comprehensive contract encompassing various aspects of concrete restoration for a project of paramount importance. The scope includes the meticulous restoration of all structural supporting elements, comprising concrete columns, beams, and floor slabs, ensuring their integrity and durability. Additionally, the project extends to the restoration of the building's façade wall envelope, which encompasses a myriad of external surfaces such as stucco, paint, concrete and more. This meticulous attention to detail also extends to the external corridors, or catwalks, inclusive of parapet walls, further emphasizing the commitment to comprehensive restoration. This extensive undertaking will span five separate buildings, with observations conducted both externally and internally as deemed applicable, emphasizing the thoroughness and diligence of LTM Engineering Group in fulfilling the project requirements.

LTM Engineering Group will be assisting Hillcrest Condominiums Association in a comprehensive restoration project focused on the apartment building. The project entails three main phases. Firstly, there will be extensive repairs to the exterior envelope and balcony concrete to ensure structural integrity and safety. Secondly, the existing balcony rails will be removed and replaced with a new aluminum picket rail system, enhancing both safety and aesthetics. Finally, the exterior envelope, balcony paint, and waterproofing will be addressed to protect the building from weather damage and maintain its appearance. This project underscores the association's commitment to maintaining the quality and safety of the property for its residents.
