Electrical Recertication
At LTM Engineering Group, we understand that electrical recertification is not just a legal obligation it’s a critical step in ensuring occupant safety, operational reliability, and long-term property value. Our licensed engineers bring decades of experience to each inspection, offering our clients unmatched accuracy, compliance support, and peace of mind.

1
Full Compliance with Florida Law
We help property owners and associations comply with local and state-mandated electrical recertification requirements, including those enforced by Florida counties for buildings 30 years and older (or 25 years in coastal areas). Our team ensures you meet all code requirements and avoid fines, violations, or occupancy restrictions.
2
Early Detection of Electrical Hazards
Our inspections identify aging components, overloaded circuits, corrosion, grounding issues, and other potential hazards before they lead to fires, equipment failure, or power outages. Proactive detection protects lives and helps you avoid costly emergency repairs.
3
Engineer-Certified Reports
We deliver detailed, easy-to-understand reports signed by licensed professional engineers. Reports include current system conditions, code deficiencies, and specific recommendations for repairs or upgrades—making it easier to take corrective action and communicate with contractors or stakeholders.
4
Cost Avoidance Through Preventive Action
Identifying deficiencies before failure allows for scheduled maintenance instead of emergency response—saving you from inflated costs, service interruptions, and potential liability claims.
5
Improved Safety for Residents and Tenants
Electrical failures are among the top causes of building fires. By addressing system issues early, our services reduce the risk of electrical shocks, equipment damage, and fire—ensuring a safer environment for everyone in the building.
LTM Engineering Group has extensive experience in performing electrical system evaluations and providing engineer-certified reports that meet Florida’s electrical recertification requirements. Our inspections deliver clear, practical insights to help you ensure the safety, reliability, and long-term performance of your building’s electrical infrastructure.

By working with us, you’ll stay ahead of local and state compliance requirements, reduce the risk of electrical failures or fire hazards, and safeguard both occupants and property assets.

We strongly recommend starting the recertification process early to allow sufficient time for inspection, reporting, and any necessary repairs. Reach out to LTM Engineering Group today to learn how we can help keep your electrical systems safe, up to code, and operating at peak performance.
