Lance Kaplan serves as President of LTM Engineering Group. With over 25 years of experience supervising on-site construction projects and more than 20 years managing condominiums as a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), Lance provides comprehensive oversight that addresses projects from all perspectives.

Todd Wasserman, MBA
Todd Wasserman is CEO of LTM Engineering Group. As Principal and former COO of LTM Group LLC for the past seven years, Todd has partnered with Lance Kaplan to deliver project management services for over $100 million in construction projects and secure nearly $100 million in institutional funding for critical condominium initiatives.

Arshad Viqar, PE, SI, CFM
Arshad Viqar has built a respected career in South Florida engineering over more than 30 years. His practice centers on roof inspections, property condition assessments, recertifications, and turnover reports, supported by credentials as a Professional Engineer, Special Inspector, and Certified Floodplain Manager with deep expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering.

Adrian E. Munguia brings over 30 years of structural engineering practice, specializing in concrete restoration and innovative design for complex structural challenges. He holds Level 1 and Level 2 Unbonded Post-Tensioning (PT) Inspector certifications.

Diego Durán holds a Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in Barcelona. Specializing in finite element modeling and soil-structure interaction, he integrates geotechnical, structural, and construction expertise to develop efficient solutions for complex engineering problems.
