LTM Engineering Group has been contracted to provide engineering consulting services to Brickel City Tower for its 40-year recertification project. The scope includes concrete restoration of all structural elements of the building façade, such as balcony slabs, walls, railings, window edges, and sealants. Additionally, it involves electrical inspections, infrared thermographic imaging, voltage services, and life safety signage. The project also covers the restoration of the building's façade wall envelope, staircases, elevator shaft, and roof superstructures. Moreover, it includes concrete restoration of all structural elements within the parking garage, encompassing walls, deck slabs, columns, beams, joists, and expansion joints, along with painting and striping the 17-story garage.

LTM Engineering Group was contracted by Courthouse East Acquisitions to provide engineering services for a 60-year recertification concrete restoration project. The scope of work includes engineering services for the facades, which involve concrete, steel, stucco, masonry, and paint repairs for the building envelope from the ground floor to the roof edge. This includes all columns, beams, and other structural components.

Constructed in 1986, the property will undergo extensive repairs and restoration. The scope of work includes concrete, stucco, masonry, and paint repairs for all 17 building facades, columns, beams, windows, and balconies, focusing on structural integrity and preventing water intrusion. Additionally, entry areas, staircases, the pool and pool deck, and attic trusses will be restored. Roof repairs will follow attic inspections, requiring a boom lift for thorough assessment. All these efforts aim to ensure the building meets the necessary safety and structural standards.

Entry areas, staircases, the pool and pool deck, and attic trusses will also be restored. Roof repairs will follow attic inspections, requiring a boom lift for thorough assessment. The project aims to ensure the buildings meet necessary safety and structural standards.
